This is the nicest place! I accidentally stepped on my wire rim glasses and severely bent both the bows and the nose rest part of the frames. Kirsten was a miracle worker and her repair made them perfect again. Cannot see that they were ever bent. She and the entire office were friendly and helpful, the office itself was spacious, clean and well appointed. I highly recommend you give them a visit the next time you need eye or glasses care.

I was visiting McCall, ID for a week of skiing and on my first day I tore my contact lens. I didn't have a backup pair, so I emailed the office with my prescription and they were able to get me a replacement pair the same day. They were super helpful and accommodating.

I scheduled an appointment for my husband at the new location. My husband said the Doctor was good. Also helped him with his astigmatism. Very affordable! He was happy with the care he received. The location on Google maps was wrong. It is actually across from hometown pizza. Has a great room for kids to play while parents are getting check up.

My husband lost his glasses (and strap) in the lake on a Thursday and this business was kind and responsive to help us get him some contacts Friday morning before we left for home on Saturday. Thank you again so much! He liked the contacts better than the ones he should have brought as back ups 🙃

On vacation with my family this week, accidentally left my contacts at home and my pair had ripped! Gave a quick call to my hometown doctor for my prescription, called to see if they had a backup pair for me! Lucky for me they quickly found me a pair and got them to me same day! Great place, clean, amazing customer service with friendly receptionists. In a crunch or staying in town I’d highly recommend them!!
