Staff are all superb - always willing to help Physio Staff are absolutely AMAZING! Very few patients under, at least 75 yrs. Normally only 1 assisted shower/hair wash per week! They need to improve their lines of communication.
The place is filthy, the staff are well trained however they talk to each other very loudly without any consideration for the patients. The patient does not need to hear anything about their private life.
Nobody communicates here. Executive Director Victoria Watkins does not answer her email that is listed on the website. The main number gets to an attendant who is abrupt, rude and not helpful! Very uncaring despite the empty promises on the website. So unprofessional at a time so critical to a patient's life!

My wife (Mrs. Tayssir Elkhodiry), had her right total knee surgery done On January 29th 2025 at the 150 Sherway hospital. We’ve been told she will be staying for only one night and will be discharged the next day. But unfortunately two days later doctors have decided to keep her in the hospital because she was not stable yet and was suffering from some form of unexplained dizziness spills and could not stand up on her feet.
