My mother is currently staying at the McCall Centre while waiting for placement in a Chinese long-term care home. The staff here are very kind, patient, and dedicated. Since my mother does not understand English and often refuses to eat, they have been incredibly patient in helping her and making sure she does not feel lonely. We are truly grateful for their care and support. Thank you so much!
Staff are all superb - always willing to help Physio Staff are absolutely AMAZING! Very few patients under, at least 75 yrs. Normally only 1 assisted shower/hair wash per week! They need to improve their lines of communication.
The place is filthy, the staff are well trained however they talk to each other very loudly without any consideration for the patients. The patient does not need to hear anything about their private life.
