They have fallen off. Used to be a good place to get your braids done. Now they give you what they want to give you and charge what they want to charge. I went to get my hair braided today and asked for Knotless box braids ($180). The young lady couldn't do the knotless on my hair, which was fine, so she did the knotted braids which are cheaper ($120). I told her THREE times medium, she said ok. Called early, had them tell me to come at 3-4 showed up at 3:10 just for them to tell me they can’t do it today & they don’t know why anyone told me to come today, They didn’t greet me at all or tell me nobody can do my hair until I finally asked, they just kept having a conversation amongst themselves. All I was getting was a couple cornrows. 2 braiders were in the shop but only 1 was doing hair. I went here to get some flat braids for my 1 year old and they don’t know English enough to understand what I was asking offering me long tiny box braids with extensions for my 1 year old son . They refused my son because he was crying but babies cry I was going to tip very well although the service was awful and the lady over my son doing his hair smelled like she had not showered with her foul Odor . I should have refused her uneducated, small minded business.

My daughter went here today to get two braids straight back. They didn’t do it like she wanted so she asked them to do it over. They did the exact same thing braids the two braids on top her head instead of the sides. Then one is a stitch braid and the other is not. The braids are skinny and flimsy and she was visibly upset she’s only 18. When she expressed her displeasure the second time the said oh, well. Do not go here! Very un professional!
