Very professional and friendly! He was at our house within the hour and done in under 2. He was extremely informative and fair priced. He went out of his way to help teach us some minor things to help keep our unit running properly and cool our home easier so he doesn’t (or anyone else for that matter) have to charge us for the simple things we can do on our own. Highly recommend!

Not only did Shannon keep me posted about when he'd be here, he took the time to explain to me what exactly was wrong, how he fixed it and even what the capacitor does. Sounds like a small thing until you realize you don't know diddly about the inside of your AC unit! He's personable, informative, keeps you posted and his professionalism was 100% on point. Should anything happen to my AC/Heating unit again? He's the man I want out here.
