I had this company for three years, almost four. I use it for my stove. Last Sunday I ran out. I called Monday. She said the manager/driver was on vacation. When he got back Wednesday he would schedule us. Needless to say I called everyday. She kept saying the same thing. Fast forward to today(Monday). I called I asked her did I do something wrong, like I always pay on time? Because she said I'm still not on the schedule. She said If I had a credit with them he could top it off. Didn't know why furance went out ? Turns out I was on automatic delivery guess they didn't figger it right. So called McCain's elec and by 1130 had everything running and new tanks . A pleasure. To know company's still will go out of their way to fix a problem. They have a new customer. Thanks again.
