Process went smoothly and personnel was professional
Closed on a home sale in 2020. Was told all the numbers were correct at closing regarding payoffs and funds to us. Now, over 5 1/2 years later being told a modification loan was missed and not paid. We specifically asked about this multiple times and again the day of closing. Contacted them immediately, they tell me it's not their fault! Really, YOU missed it, YOU were asked about it, YOU dropped the ball.
