Shop is really nice, you gotta give that to whoever owns it. That guy that did my scheduling was nice. The kids that are in the bay. Ahhh, maybe need some guidance. You guys quit calling about the tires I ordered so you must have gotten rid of them? Good for me and good for you! I just don’t have patience for that stuff.
I usually never leave reviews, but this visit made me want to. I was concerned about my transmission's condition on my RAV4 as it felt like it was driving and shifting strange, so I called them up one morning. I know a lot of shops in my experience don't touch transmissions with a 10ft pole so I expected a "we don't do that work, sorry" but I was shocked to hear that they did. Oner is really rude! Terrible work
About a month ago, my wife was in an accident in Morganton. 4 hours away from home. When Eastern NC had the 1st snow of the year. She was stranded on a work trip. McCabes's stepped up in ways I could never repay. Looking at the vehicle and handling things when I could not. Service for someone they have never met. 100% best customer service and effort I have ever witnessed.
