I contacted McCabe Outdoor Mobility to see if they could replace my wheelchair tires - just the tires, not the entire wheel. The woman I spoke to didn't know and said she would talk to the technician and call me back within the hour. That was two days ago. Even if they could not perform the tire change, I would expect a reply as promised. Poor customer service.
