Mccabe homes is a very unprofessional company, that will leave you frustrated before during and after your experience. If you decide to build with Tom a "custom" home builder be prepared for him to complain about your decisions if he doesn't agree. He will do what you ask, but if his subs make mistakes it is your fault for doing something different. Due to Tom's lack of knowledge we lost out on $850 of rebates for mechanical items in our house.
