Sam Franklin was absolutely amazing! He called within 30 minutes of our request for service and spent nearly an hour on the phone getting all of our computers reconnected to our printer. He was patient as I ran all over the building between offices and back to the copier making sure everything was working correctly. We desperately needed to get things done for this weekend's services, and Sam made sure it can happen. Thank you!!
I was in the middle of a grant and my scanner wouldn't work. I called Tim Barlow and he was here in minutes! He got me back on track with a smile on his face. What great customer service! Love it! MCC saved the day. Thanks Tim.
