Just received a letter stating that their data was breached TEN MONTHS ago and they are just now informing the people in their system. I didn't even use them directly, it was my healthcare provider who had to send my information to this place.
A doctor we saw years ago used MCBS for medical billing. MCBS was apparently part of a data breach that potentially exposed our information. We are just learning this in June 2026 but the breach occurred in September 2025 and wasn’t discovered until May 2026. Their notification included no actual assistance with fraud monitoring but a letter of generic ways to protect your information.
