They have been great for several years now since our install !!

This company has an “emergency line” that didn't work! We had an emergency over the weekend ( Well pump died). McBride did not call us back till Monday. McBride installed whole well system 4 years ago. System still under warranty and company refused to cover failed pump due to the fact that we had to pull it yourselves. Remove seal cover to prove water intrusion in motor, which caused electrical short internally.
I can’t say enough good things about McBrides Water they earned every one of these 5 stars! When I had an issue with my water system, they were at my door in no time, and I was blown away by how quickly and skillfully they handled everything. The technician, Steve, was not only knowledgeable but explained the fix in a way that made total sense. Highly recommend McBrides and their friendly knowledgeable staff.
