Hi I don’t usually write reviews but with all the problems I have been having with my Jayco precept refrigerator! All of them before going to McBride. I tried two other places and a mobile RV repair guy Robert Arias which I had highly recommend staying away from . I need to give a strong recommendation to use McBride Rv repair. The service writer is Joe De Vries he was also great and very understanding listened to my problems and went above and beyond to resolve all the issues I had on this refrigerator. Warning to anyone thinking of using mc bride rv service in chino, ca. we paid for a blind to be repaired, they did it wrong- returned it to built right. Over a month later, I called on it to find out it wasn’t done. The guy quit and the other guy was on vacation. Asked for a refund, denied for no reason. I’ll sell my rv before I ever use this joke of business place. No respect for patience of us retired folks. You’ve been warned!!
