Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are FANTASTIC! After the incompetence of a RAM Dealership in Massillon left me sitting in a Costco parking lot with coolant blowing out the front of my truck, McBrides immediately got me in after a short phone call. When I pulled into the parking lot these guys sprung into action and treated me like I was a long time customer and a top priority. they say they do auto diagnostics, but John told me they no longer do those - so I would look elsewhere, I have advised all my contacts with the cars I deal with to avoid this service request at this establishment
Absolutely great experience with McBride’s Automotive. They replaced my front brakes and rotors, installed two new belts, mounted 4 new tires, and did an alignment on my truck. Everything was done professionally and the truck drives great now. Their pricing was very reasonable for all the work that was done, and the customer service honestly stood out the most.
