Dropped the car off for repair, only to be called 5 hours later with them requesting it be picked up. They said they could not replace the part we provided because it wasn't new. It would have been nice if they had said that in the first place! Big waste of time!
They got my car in and out fast, kept me updated throughout the process, gave me a fair price. I’d come back here to have work done on my car.
Excellent service. Mcbrides was honest the first service and helped with front brakes this time & oil change. Definitely my only automotive repair from now on
Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are FANTASTIC! After the incompetence of a RAM Dealership in Massillon left me sitting in a Costco parking lot with coolant blowing out the front of my truck, McBrides immediately got me in after a short phone call. When I pulled into the parking lot these guys sprung into action and treated me like I was a long time customer and a top priority. they say they do auto diagnostics, but John told me they no longer do those - so I would look elsewhere, I have advised all my contacts with the cars I deal with to avoid this service request at this establishment
