If I could leave zero stars, I would. The front desk staff were rude and non personable. The PA came in and told us that there was nothing they could do to help. The only staff that was decent was the nurse. Would NOT recommend going to McBride.
Husband thrown from a horse ending up having 5 broken ribs we found out 3 days later at a different hospital. When seen doctor said he couldn’t prescribe pain meds to follow up with doctor. So they missed the broken ribs and sent him home is horrible pain. Also didn’t hook him up to monitors so if he got worse they wouldn’t have known. Have had previous surgeries at McBride and it was good experience- not sure why they have an ER.
90% of the time, my family member is dismissed in the ER setting due to “invisible” illnesses. Many ER doctors do not understand what it means to deal with auto-immune disorders. Tonight, we were heard, seen, validated, and collaborated with Dr Hardesty on a solution that worked for us. She is a gem of a doctor and human being. The world and ER’s need more Dr. Hardestys.
I got electrocuted in the head in 3/23 and they gave me the worst treatment I've received from any place . Back story had oral sugery 2 days before icould barely talk . You have no idea how it feels for nurses and the ones at the counter ppl who are supposed to help u. Says iant nothing wrong with you well when they found out I worked for the state of Oklahoma the mental health an actually turned my life around for this an my business but started recording them this should of never of had to happen should of felt like I'm ok... read more
