I had a leaky water heater. They came out within a couple of hours of no me calling them. Went out of town to get the water heater we needed & installed it the same day. Don't know what more you can ask of them. Pleasant people also.
This buisness is a bunch of crooks price gouge little old ladys! They charged her $235.00 to troubleshoot and replace a $9.00 thermal coupler. I had just changed a month earlier, Supposedly it took them 11/2 hrs to change it, I'm not a pro and it only took me 5minutes when I n I replaced it called them and was supposed to get a call back from technician, but they never responded!
