I was a loyal customer until I arrived today only to be ignored for 10 minutes. I was ready to move forward on a project however one of the owners was so rude and unhelpful I will never go back. I asked him for flooring options and he said “look around” to which I asked do you have any suggestions and he said “they are all the same” Horrible service
Guy on the phone was extremely rude. Acted like he was doing me a big favor by even talking to me. Bad tone. Wasn't accommodating at all, just demanded I come to the store. Learn how to talk to customers!
Very personable and easy to work with crew. Jeff went above and beyond helping me pick out carpet samples, scheduled measurements and delivered a quote promptly. The team that installed the carpets did an amazing job! No seams are showing and everything turned out beautiful. Don't think twice, hire McBride for you next renovations.
