Terrible Operational & Flight Medicine clinic known to the entire United States marine corps. Should be investigated for malpractice. Quick to cancel individuals appointments due to a 5 minute delay. The providers never help the service members, and refuse to allow them to go to other clinics for help. And God forbid you try to get a light duty chit here, they deny every single light duty chit. This place is actually the worst words can’t describe how bad it is. Every thing I go to (besides Optometry) Dental, Mental health, etc. Is so slow and can’t get me in until next year. I can see why rates are climbing, Marines don’t have the help they need. They never answer the phone nor call back. Reaching anyone on the phone is nearly impossible unless you know the extension to each section, continuously stuck in the loop of the operator until leading to a voicemail. Otherwise the clinics themselves are great for service, however if you cannot get into the building and require to reach anyone via phone, good luck!
Prompt service at pharmacy, lab, and radiology. Rarely wait more than 10 minutes for any service. Polite staff and professional Marines.
