I rarely leave reviews because I only speak up when there is clear neglect, and McBee’s definitely earned this one. I have gone there seven times and every visit has been terrible. I paid for the ultimate package and my SUV still comes out barely clean. The only thing that works well is the vacuum area. Everything else is a huge disappointment. I called them twice. I really enjoy the service at the Smithville, Mo. location. On February 12 2026 I went there to get in on the buy one-get one free offer. The attendant also told me about other offers, including purchasing any wash and getting that same wash unlimited for the month. I signed up for that. I had some more questions, which he patiently answered. He was very knowledgeable and all the while he was very friendly. I didn't catch his name but he was "Employee 1412 on Shift 1."
