Love the service and the attention to customer service. I switched to McBee’s from a different brand because of the extra perks like coffee and dog wash. I’ve had the Ultimate Wash for my primary car but I also bought a set of washes on a promotional plan for my other two vehicles last year. I had a few washes that were set to expire but Sheila helped me get those unused washes extended for this year! Staff is always courteous and make the car wash experience great.
I’m a showroom level member and so far I really like this location but I do wish that it was easier to actually receive the free drink they claim to offer. I downloaded the app which will not allow me to pre order my coffee/drink even though the app has an option to order the coffee, then every time I go to the wash there’s no one at the coffee window so I can’t order face to face either. Dont go here! Not happy with their customer service at all! You cannot reach anyone when you need to talk to someone and when i showed up to talk, I was rudely told I cant speak about account issues and was told to keep moving when they are continuously overcharging me! I only have one car and have canceled my previous memberships but IM STILL GETTING CHARGED WHEN ITS BEEN CANCELED! tried to talk to the GM but he doesnt want to resolve the matter at hand and continues to ignore me!
