I would like to say Terri Osborn and Barry are awesome. They showed me and my husband the model and a month later they were building our new home. We love it and it's what we have been dreaming of. Terri listen tentatively to what we wanted and she delivered it. Barry was the builder and he made it look so easy. He was always ready to listen to our concerns. This builder was easy to work with. The initial timeline for the build completion was off a bit due to the snow, freezing weather in February and all the rain in May but those were out of their control. The office staff was helpful in keeping us abreast of what was happening (when we asked- they did not initiate providing information which was fine as they have way more homes than ours to follow up on). I am extremely disappointed in this builder. After waiting over 2 months to start the process of building our dream home, I get a call that the management has decided to "go no further" with our build and is refusing to work with me. I had been told that they were semi custom builder so I had made some request. Instead of working with me they just flat out said they could not do what i requested and would be giving us the earnest money back.
