Steve McBee and Jack Murphy are still in charge of our HOA and refuse to actually maintain the property. Instead, they dig stuff out and just leave the mess everywhere. They don't handle the dead trees. They don't trim all the weeds that are growing up. They just leave everything and they refuse to answer phone calls or refuse to call back. Refuse to do anything about anything. They are shady and greedy.
Would give a negative rating if I could. I wouldn't trust these people to know how to even build a dog house. Terrible company that shouldn't even exist. The main McBee is actually going to jail for up to 30 years for insurance fraud and that should tell you everything you need to know about anything with the label "McBee". Give a quick Google search of 'McBee insurance fraud case'. Can also just look at the Better Business Bureau rating for McBee Custom Homes and see the wonderful C+ rating they have.
