Dr. McBean and her staff have always been professional and helpful. I couldn't stand to see a couple poor reviews bringing her average down.
Looks for causes of issues, doesn't just treat the symptoms, patient, thorough, personable, really cares and takes the time to listen.
Dr. McBean has always addressed my concerns with a professional but friendly manner. I had to wait 3 months for my first appointment to establish a primary care doctor but it was worth the wait. If you have non-urgent questions or need to have a prescription refilled, there is an app that you can download. The response time is good.
I love Dr Mcbean, she always takes the time to really listen and make sure I am receiving proper care. I have no idea where these negative reviews are coming from!
I will always recommend Dr. McBean to people looking for a good doctor. She is very thorough and doesn't miss a thing. She has her information together better than any doctor I have ever had. You can tell she does her research for the best treatment options and she always checks later to make sure it is working.
PART 2..... And now she is refusing to refill my low dose of anxiety medication. Last refill was 2/2016 for 30 pills. If you do the math, that allows for 1 pill a week... For the last 6 months. Not acceptable, when she doesn't know me. My history. My current life. 3 short visits in 1 year does not mean a patient/doctor relationship. Would NEVER recommend her.
The staff is rude and unorganized. Dr. McBean's policy staes that you can only have 2 symptoms for any appointment, must make more appointments for more symptoms. Seems to be more interested in ways to make money than in the patient.??
Couldn't have an experience because the receptionist Brooke was so rude. I told her the walk in clinic had urged me to do a follow up but she said Mcbean wasn't accepting new patients. She could've shared less, rude loud and acted put out to be bothered by my question. I wouldn't set foot back in this place with this treatment, I'll die on the street before I allow myself to be treated with such indignity.
