I chose Kim to represent me after reading through numerous positive reviews, and they weren't wrong. Kim proved to be diligent, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. As emotional as family matters can be, Kim was consistent, calm and focused. She was able to redirect me when my emotions had me fixated on very inconsequential items.
