I can’t recommend McAuliffe’s Valley Nursery in Snohomish enough! This family-owned gem has one of the greatest selections I’ve seen at any local nursery—beautiful trees, shrubs, perennials, Japanese maples, conifers, and so much more, all grown right on their fertile Snohomish Valley fields. Lots of ornamental trees and perennial/ annual plants to choose from. All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable for the quality.
This nursery is conveniently located and has a beautiful curated selection of well-tended plants. It may be slightly more expensive, but you know the plants will thrive immediately after planting. I generally enjoy shopping and find the staff helpful and courteous, but I did shop about 45 min before closing one day and felt rushed to the checkout where I then stood in line waiting - time I could have used making sure of my selections.
