Beyond terrible, you’ll literally be blamed for pointing out their own hypocrisy and BS
I think the part that was the most upsetting was how the higher ups would react to certain situations causing more distress than needed. In the end I think a few bad apples ruined the whole bunch. That being said I made really meaningful connections there and long lasting memories.
