They did a great job. My aunt recently died and my family had no idea where to get started or what the heck to do. Steve and Sky helped us 100% along the way. They made this unfortunate situation as smooth as possible. Steve always checked in, called to see what we needed, and made himself available for us. He made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Ian was always 2 steps ahead taking care of all our needs the day of, with an approachable attitude. Everyone working there provided us with exceptional respect, comfort, and care, even if I had not met them before.

They were wonderful! We walked in there not knowing anything. We were connected with Suzanne right away. She is the most beautiful human being I have ever met!
