They were wonderful! We walked in there not knowing anything. We were connected with Suzanne right away. She is the most beautiful human being I have ever met! When my mom passed in December we knew exactly where to go for assistance with everything. We had been referred to McAulay and Wallace by several friends in the area and spoke with Suzanne in July when we found out that mom was terminal. Starting with working with Zach Bassell who had a very professional but not overly endearing demeanor. Very informative and experienced. When we were undecided about something he would make a valued suggestion from his experience. He was very helpful in every way and this whole process was plain easier with his help.
