Not only is Lauren great but the salon is awesome too! Really easy to get to, and the vibe inside is awesome. I Feel like Lauren actually listens to you during your consultation!
Great experience here. I got my hair done previously at a different salon where there was some miscommunication and I was disappointed with how my hair turned out. M. Castilli Salon, even though they're practically booked for the summer, squeezed me in for an appointment with Lauren within a week of me desperately looking to get my hair fixed. Love LOVE! For starters, the entire staff is so friendly and professional and makes you feel very welcome. Lauren, my stylist, is amazing and I highly recommend her. As well all know, life can become chaotic, and unexpected things occur. I appreciate how professional, and understanding the entire staff is when it comes to rescheduling, even being able to squeeze me in last minute! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Will never go back! After being a client at this salon for about 2 and a half years, I was incredibly disappointed by my most recent experience with them. I had an appointment booked for 3 months in advance. The week of my appointment I was asked to push my 1:30 PM appointment to 11 AM because Melyssa (the owner of the studio) had a "family matter" to tend to.
