Despite hours of operation being 8am-5pm the doors are locked and no one answers the phone. Ever since they implemented the 24-7-365 stuff, I guess no one comes into work? There should be staff in the gym during the hours the gym is open.
The gym is always great, I love the equipment. there’s a short lady with glasses that’s always very rude and always has a bad attitude. I’ve been polite and respectful to her despite how she is and she’s still the same. I talked to other people about it and they’ve also had bad experiences with that lady. She works in the late evenings.
