Made a quick pitstop on my lunch break. They didn't look overly busy; I thought they might be able to check out my tire - I suspected I ran over something. I didn't have an appointment. They got my car in right away, no wait. They removed a rusty nail and had me back on the road with 20 minutes of my break to spare. Great customer service that exceeded my expectations.
We had our camping trailer blow out while we were driving. We called, they fit us in same day as soon as we could arrive, immediately changed our tires and had a great attitude throughout. On top of that, they charged an amazing price when we were worried we would get charged an emergency fee. It was a great experience and I would recommend Mcarthur to everyone.
Would not recommend will tell you they will check something for free then turn around and charge you labour and that’s after buying a brand new set of tires and having issues after installation. I have heard from multiple people at this point to avoid this place.
I was very impressed with the service I received and the care they took with my vehicle. Lindsey at the desk was so patient dealing with me and making arrangements for my vehicle. Nick took good care of my van and even took the time to look it over for issues and concerns. He found a small leak in a hose and quickly arranged to fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend you try McArthur Tire if you need tires or service.
Got me in super quick, fast service, kind employees. Will be coming here from now on
