They close the pool without warning people for the swim team if the schedule says family swim it should stay with the schedule i have gotten my toddlers ready drive all the way there and they just say oh we’re not doing family swim time today without any warning no notice it is ridiculous I’ve gone a few time now with that happening and have to take my crying kids home because of their unprofessionalism the schedule says family swim keep to the schedule.
Friendly front desk staff. They greet you when you walk in. Smaller facility than what we are used to in Tennessee, but this location is closer to our new home for kids' sports and swim lessons.
We were visiting the YMCA as a member from VA. The facility is fully equipped with weights, universal gyms, ellipticals, treadmills , group ex classes and a pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. No waiting 5-6am weekdays . Weekends 7am open and also no waiting. Ample parking. Appreciate the YMCA reciprocity on vacation!!!
I registered online and drove there to view the facility, received a warm welcome at front desk, and received scan tron little card, proceeded to walk down the hall at 3pm and noticed the pool was closed. The front desk guy ran down the hall and asked for my W2 to peek at it. What! The nerve-I felt like it was a private club and not the YWCA. I canceled my membership. smh
