Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend renting through them or appointing them to manage your property. After three months without a single prospective tenant viewing our shed, I advised that I would be appointing a second agent to assist with leasing. The lady I spoke with, Contessa, became extremely abusive and yelled over the phone. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour, especially from a company that is supposed to act professionally

I was in need of a property and was so stressed out, as my old landlord was selling up his workshop and not renewing my lease. I got in contact with Sam, and Sam told me all the properties he had available in my price range. Literally the same day, he met with me to show me the property and sent me the lease that same day. Nathan Spence works for this company and I’m putting this out as a psa. He got in touch with me and made several offers on an item which I declined. He then agreed to my price and wanted to meet in person. I don’t give out my address so we met in a public space. He took the item from me and handed me $100 and said that’s all he had. He was trying to intimidate me by taking the $100 because he said he needed the item today. As a woman it was an extremely uncomfortable situation and I felt unsafe.
