I went to McArdle several months ago for compression socks/stockings. That day it was a one-man show, wish I could remember his name, but talk about customer service! He knew a ton of information about them and even gave me an easier method to put them on. Highly recommended! Almost forgot to mention the selection -- truly impressive for size, brand and compression strength. Try them!
This place has horrendous service...not just bad, it's truly horrendous! Everything they have done since I ordered a part for my father's lift chair has been messed up. I paid in advance and was unfortunately stuck dealing with their awful service. When I spoke with the owner, all I really wanted was an apology instead Dan said, "You got your pound of flesh, what more do you want?" Really? very nice recently had a stairlift installed in my home from McArdles. They were prompt, clean and courteous. very happy with our selection.
Great Service I recently purchased a lift chair for my father who has been in and out of the hospital for months. I was very pleased at the service that I received at McArdle's Surgical. The salesman Dan Corcoran really took the time to explain the features of the chair to my father, who is now happier than ever with the chair. I would strongly recommend buying from McArdle's Surgical and will return with my business again
support hose recently purchased support hose from McArdle Surgical. The women who waited on me was very nice and took her time to explain everything. The support hose have really helped my legs. Thank You.
Rebuttal We have paid the clients who had stairlifts on consignment. Eighteen months ago, we had an elevator project that we were waiting for payment go belly up. We we unable to receive payment. A month later we had a client who passed away during construction of a wheelchair lift. Again, we were unable to collect. These two incidents almost caused us to file for bankruptcy. Consignment Fraud I also purchased a stair lift and subsequently offered it for consignment, both with McArdle.
