We’ve had a very frustrating experience with MCAP. We spent hours on the phone trying to get clear answers about porting our mortgage, and the agent assigned to our case gave us different and often contradictory information. It was obvious that he did not fully understand the process, and we were left trying to piece everything together ourselves.
