Very disappointing. «No service for the next 2-3 months» I’m being told. So for the entire summer. That seems highly unlikely. It is pointless to have a contract or service rep with this company. Good luck with booking appointment, a week later maybe, weekend full availability because extra charge.
Very disappointed with a dishonest company like Mécanique RH. They gave me a quote that was shockingly overpriced — nearly double what two other reputable HVAC companies quoted for the exact same work. But what really crossed the line was the blatant lie about the warranty. They told me the system came with a 20-year parts and labor warranty — but when I contacted the manufacturer directly, I found out they don’t offer that!
