This hot tub store is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. From Ryan the owner, to James, John and another Ryan (delivery guys) to Zack, ( the follow-up installation guy), we could not have asked for better customer service and attention to detail! We bought a Hot Springs Jet Setter and we love it!
My initial review was based on communication issues and a delay in receiving our spa. Ryan reached out very promptly. He was very respectful and understanding. He took ownership and listened. That is unusual these days for a company to care about the consumer. He does. He also spent a significant amount of time answering our questions about the operation and care of our hot tub with a high degree of expertise. We would highly recommend him and his business. McAndrew Hot Tubs is the BEST place to buy your hot tub. Ryan is super knowledgeable and his staff are top notch! We stopped here on our first stop when we were shopping for a hot tub, and we also did some shopping around. We always seemed to come back to McAndrew. We felt like Ryan was very up front and honest about everything and answered all of our questions honestly and patiently (believe me, we had PLENTY!). Thank you, Ryan, for a stellar experience!
