Changed my mind they were good until they ruined my build and mirrored my house that was mot part of my contract.. Now i think the company is horrible ..Cannot say a bad word about the McAndrew Group, they have informed me of every step of the way in relation to the block i have purchased... From the time i at the spur of the moment drove past the estate and bought off the plan to having the sold sign on it. Thanks to Jackson and Tom for allowing me to view my bit of dirt yesterday.. Jakson was great to deal with, good communication, followed up when needed, and put a lot of effort into the process throughout. I didn’t move forward on the house and land package in the end, although I was very close to signing, but overall it was a positive experience. I’d be happy to deal with Jakson again and would recommend him, even though we didn’t meet in person. Many Thanks, Jason

I purchased my land on paper over 12months earlier, through Sales Rep Jakson Lamb. From the moment of my first contact and engagement with him to Settlement of the Land, he was personable, open and communicated every step of the process to ease my mind. Any questions or concerns raised by me was promptly responded to by way of phone call or email. If you want daily power outages, sewerage pump trucks, tradies destroying anything they get close to (which is frequent), to never use your clothes line because of everything you own is covered is dirt inside and out, a street sweeper to help that process by kicking up the multitude of durst left behind my full rig trucks down your residential street...well Mayfair Joyner is the place for you! Don't know how many possessions we have lost to McAndrew's chaos of a development. Thousands of dollars worth.
