I contracted with Paul for gutter replacement Fall of 2022. The work was done and although his price was higher I decided he appeared to be conscientious and felt he was a good choice. One of the gutters came apart at the downspout. I tried contacting Paul the number was not in service, I wrote to the email address no response. I am not at all happy I am getting water in my basement and the contractor can't be found.
