I purchased over $4000 in fixtures to Reno our home and when it was time to install the fixtures after the Reno we where missing pieces. We called Mecanair and was told they where the company offering the Warranty but they couldn’t help me because we miss placed the receipt and then tried to charge us ridiculous amount to replace the missing pieces that we already spent 4K on.
