Even after telling them that charging a 3% user fee on debit charge was both fed and state against the law. They told me they didn't have to follow that law, because it is a convenience fee. Sounds like a scam to me. BBB and Visa have been notified. In process with state also. Must be nice being able to choose which laws you have to follow.
