It is a very lovely community located beside beautiful lake Apopka and close to downtown Winter garden.
Typical sales where everyone is on top of it until after you sign and people are paid out. We are finding that the homes aren't build with much detail in mind. The paint is bleeding in various places, the carpet had nails sticking out the carpet where you would literally bleed if you stepped on it, the paint not done properly all throughout the entire home, infrastructure has flaws, many of the doors don't fit properly, the fans don't work in many bathrooms, and too much more. I didn't like the homes or the community at all. Very box feel on the inside . The homes do not have any open floor plans
