I had machine work done on my 5.7 for my 99 Tahoe. My brother built the motor and told me all tolerances checked out just fine. To date this motor has great oil pressure, close to 80 psi at startup. Drive it to work every day and have made a couple of trips to Laredo. The motor has been working surprisingly well even under my lead foot. So well we decided to run a 6.7 Cummins head down to them from Laredo for rebuild.
Sent 2 blocks for some work and they did different work that I didn't need and still got charged for work that I asked for and it wasn't done🤦
