My sister & i came to McAllisters on June 17th, because we really enjoy this one but..The person that waited on us wasn't responsive...kind of like a rude zombie..my sister needed help, and (Mckenzie the waitress/cashier) just walked away from our table, not once did she come back to ask if we needed a refill, she gave us a blank stare..didn't smile, was not friendly, while she was with her co workers she smiled, talked, and acted like a human being, but to my sister and I, she just didn't seem nice at all? Food here has been okay in the past, fairly standard for the chain, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I walked in during dinner time on a Friday and stood at the counter for about a minute while deciding what to order.
