Terrible service.
Customer service was horrible. Walked in to get a drink and a sandwich. The lady that was running the manager position. Ask the employees why in the hell did you not lock the doors? Just horrible customer service will never return very bad experience.
food was fantastic and on the money. service was great too. we will go back. the place was staffed well the day we went, very good !
Ordered on-line take out twice. The sandwiches and soup were fresh and delicious. Their sandwiches are very filling. Orders were ready on time.
Had lunch at a Knoxville location on Saturday and fell in love with the carrot cake. I am a baker myself but the carrot cake is outstanding. SO, came to work Monday and got the co-workers excited about it. I regularly bake for the office so when I was telling them it was good, the believed it. Today for lunch we placed an order and two of us ordered the carrot cake. I also got a sandwich. The sandwich was good, a wee bit overpriced for what you get but it is Pigeon Forge.
