Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere... So when they totally muck up your order, and you ask for a refund, don't expect tip $ back. Apparently only incompetent people get hired and make money even when they can't put the order in the system correctly. And that's a corporate decision. Bad on you McAllister's.
