Placed a mobile order for my food and when I got there to pick it up, it was the wrong order and it was cold. Absolutely ridiculous.
I had an excellent experience at McAlister’s on 82nd Street! Mr. G welcomed us with a genuine smile and made us feel valued from the moment we walked in. He even asked for my phone number to make sure my rewards were applied—something no one has ever offered me before, even though I’ve been coming here for a long time. McAlister’s has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and the food at this location specifically is always great. I feel like there’s not really a miss on their entire menu😂
