Everything was fresh and delicious. The manager was helpful in getting my free tea reward accepted.
I had places I needed to be and waited for AN HOUR for a to go order! It took half an hour to get through the line because of incredibly poor, slow service. Then, people who came in and ordered after I did got their food and got to leave before I did when all I ordered was a club wrap and a salad. I wish now that I had simply asked for my money back and left because it put me in a terrible mood. Absolutely the worst service I've gotten.
Amazing experience and food! Came in for dinner with some family from out of town and McKenzie did an incredible job taking take of us and a few food allergies we had. She even cleaned up a spill from my daughter and had an excellent attitude. Will be coming back here!
Went in and ordered our food. Waited over 45 minutes. Never received our food even tho the people that ordered after use got their food. Went to the counter and they haven't even started our order & was hold all I can do is say sorry and refund your money service was horrible! If you don't want to go spend hour or 2 hours in there I wouldn't go.
An hour for a club sandwich smh ridiculous
