We go to McCallister’s before going to the movies- love their selections and freshness of their food. Service is always above and beyond and the atmosphere is nice- love this place!
I ordered a Coke Zero with cold foam and picked it up through the drive through. The employee overfilled it and it erupted into my car, messing up my interior. I walked in and explained what happened. The employee then made another and it proceeded to do the same thing. I showed the employee and they said, “that’s what it’s supposed to do.” The drink is supposed to be overfilled and erupt out of the top.
I was confused before going to this location why the ratings were lower than other locations. Now I realize it’s because this location is understaffed. I placed a pickup order 10 minutes before arriving, and when I got there, 3 people were already waiting for pickup and delivery orders. Over the course of 15 minutes more people came for pickup and delivery, about 7-8 people, and only 1 person received theirs.
