Service here is taking an increasing turn for the worse. Been coming here for years. The kid working the lobby, I get it he is special needs, but when I tell you they made part of order wrong, I don't need your attitude about it, just apologize and correct it. During the week at 5pm, expect to wait 30 minutes for anything, even a drink to go.
