Unlike other McAlister's in the area, this staff member knew how to look up my rewards information and let me know that I was eligible for a free sandwich. This is something I had been trying to get across to team members at a different location. I'm happy, full, and pleasantly surprised! We'll definitely be back.
Employees don’t actually read order tickets. Almost always missing something from my order. I’d say my food is wrong 25% of the time. Anytime I try to add extra of something they put none of it in at all. Maybe the way the tickets print is the problem but more training should definitely be done on how to read their tickets to avoid the issue
Always a good experience at this location. I have dined in and also picked up at drive thru and food and service has been great. Also, great deals in the app.
