I have never had problems here. This is the only one I will go to. They refill our glasses and are polite. Plus this place is packed at lunch time.
The worst customer service. I was hung up on when I called to inquire about my order that they claimed they didn't have so once I arrived the girl who hung up on me had major attitude. I was appalled that the girl told me she didn't have time for what I was saying. Excuse me its your job and if you don't have time to listen to the customer then you need to stay home. Another person came from the back who I assume was the manger came out an attitude. Didn't say thank you or ask me what the problem was. I will never visit this... read more
Terrible service. Had to repeat my order to the waitress 3 times and she still got it wrong. She had a bad attitude as did the girl who brought my food. Also they ran out of bread bowls at 6 pm and tried to serve me a regular bowl of soup without saying anything about being out. Terrible location, will not be coming back.
The manager was EXTREMELY rude and had a pissy look on her face. We love McAlister's but this location will not receive any business.
